1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hollywood Breaks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hollywood Breaks provides consignment selling services for trading cards on eBay, PSA grading submission services, and related services. We act as your agent to list, sell, and ship your cards on your behalf.

3. Commission Structure

Our commission is calculated on the final sale price (after eBay fees). Rates vary by sale price tier:

$0.99 – $999.99 — 17% + $0.50 flat fee
$1,000 – $2,499.99 — 12%
$2,500+ — 3% + $150 flat fee

Flat fees are only applied once per sale, not per card. For items that do not sell, there are no fees. You keep the net proceeds after commission.

4. Payouts

Your balance reflects the net proceeds from sold items after commission. You may request a payout at any time via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Stripe. Payouts are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

5. Card Submissions

By submitting cards, you represent that you are the rightful owner and have the authority to consign them for sale. Hollywood Breaks is not responsible for cards lost or damaged in transit to our facility. We recommend using insured shipping.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hollywood Breaks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned on your items.
